This page contents information and links to assist current Prevention Board grantees on the data reporting system, DAISEY. 

DAISEY: is the reporting system the Prevention Board uses fo​​r most of the grants. DAISEY has two parts. One for reporting direct services (WPRS) and one for agency profiles (WI FRC - Agency Information)​. Each grantee that uses DAISEY (for either part) is required to have a data champion. When requesting access to DAISEY, the data champion needs to specify either the direct service, the agency profile or both. ​
