The material is for the noncommercial use of the general public.  The fair use guidelines of the U.S. copyright statutes apply to all material on the Wisconsin Child Abuse and Neglect Prevention Board’s (Prevention Board) Webpages and linked agency Webpages.  The State of Wisconsin shall remain the sole and exclusive owner of all rights, title and interest in and to all specifically copyrighted information created and posted for inclusion in this system.  Photographs and graphics on the Prevention Board website are either the property of the state department of the state agency that holds a license to use and display the material.  For copy or use of information on the Department website that is outside of the fair use provisions of copyright law, please seek permission from the individual listed as responsible for the page.  If you have any questions on using materials on the Prevention Board web pages please e-mail the specific page webmaster for permission requests.  If you cannot identify the web page contact, please direct inquiries to PreventionBoard@wisconsin.gov. If permission to reproduce or redistribute is granted, the following statement shall be included, “Reproduction with permission from the Wisconsin Child Abuse and Neglect Prevention Board”.

You are welcome to link from your website to Prevention Board's official website at: PreventionBoard.WI.GOV You may link to the home page or to any sub-page of PreventionBoard.WI.GOV.  The Prevention Board's website may change, and any hyperlinks connected to PreventionBoard.WI.GOV or sub-pages will be your responsibility to update and maintain.  The Prevention Board does not enter into any reciprocal link agreements.

The Prevention Board only considers adding direct link requests to the website that are governmental, educational or nonprofit organizations with factual, relevant information that is similar in nature to PreventionBoard.WI.GOV.  The Prevention Board reviews all content of the website requesting a link and reserves the right not to add the link to the site. 

Accessibility

The Prevention Board's internet site is designed to be accessible to everyone.  The website is compatible with multiple browsers, meets Americans with Disability Act, Section 508 electronics and functions with screen readers and other mobile/non-mobile devices.
