Every child in Wisconsin grows up in a safe, stable, and nurturing environment.

Strategic Plan

  • The Wisconsin Child Abuse and Neglect Prevention Board (Prevention Board) approved a five-year strategic plan with a primary goal of preventing first time occurrences of child maltreatment.  The strategic plan has four primary strategies with several key initiatives identified to advance the Board's mission and vision.  To advance the strategic plan the Prevention Board awards over $2 million through a competitive process to fund community prevention services.
